Allison,

You need to go through the 9-pin port (either port 1 or port 2). I believe the pinouts are 4,5, and 9.

Hi. I found you through careful research on the web... it seems you were rather familiar with the TCP Smart Screen. I am a tech at Duke Energy and have been handed a Smart Screen to repair. The power supply was blown (which I replaced with a spare) and in the process, the CPU memory was cleared. I am in the process of trying to determine how to reload the program, data, etc. (No one remains here at the company who can answer any questions.) I figure that I need to go through port 3, which is 15 pin female D, to load my programs. Can you give me any insight? I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks!
