In focus this month is our work on an Industry 4.0 pilot program for a local customer. The challenge was to enhance their machining area by implementing predictive maintenance measures and discrete machine event monitoring. The customer had initiated a pilot program and sought our assistance for the final steps. Patti Engineering fine-tuned the program and helped with the solution’s rollout on the plant floor, leading to quick benefits like identifying underperforming assets and proving the innovative solution.
