A true American success story, back in 1991, Patti Engineering was supposed to be just a temporary solution for 24-year-old Sam Hoff, founder of Patti Engineering. At the time, Sam was just three weeks away from marrying Patti, the company’s namesake and Chief Financial Officer. Sam’s previous background included employment as a Controls Engineer for General Motors Truck & Bus and a Sales Engineer for Total Control Products. Sam has a Bachelor’s of Science, Electrical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University).
Patti Hoff joined her husband in the business shortly after its founding, working alongside Sam. Patti earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI. Under her leadership, Patti Engineering has built a solid financial position to ensure continued growth.
