Associate Controls Engineer Daniel Miller of Patti Engineering joins Control Engineering for webcast to discuss advances in human-machine interface hardware and software.

 Auburn Hills, MI December 5, 2017 Patti Engineering, Inc., a leading control system integration company based in Auburn Hills, MI with offices in Texas and Indiana, today announced the company will partner with Control Engineering to offer an educational webcast on December 6, 2017.  The webcast will be hosted by Control Engineering magazine, a division of CFE Media which encompasses a variety of platforms aimed at engineers in manufacturing, commercial and industrial buildings and manufacturing control systems with the knowledge they need to improve their operational efficiency.

The Control Engineering webcast entitled “HMI Hardware and Software: What You Need to Know” will take place on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 1:00 pm CST and will discuss advances and trends in human-machine interface (HMI) hardware and software.

Daniel Miller, associate controls engineer will explain hardware options for HMIs and detail the features and functions required for specific applications, and criteria for selecting HMI hardware.  Participants will also hear advice on best practices for choosing software features for specific applications.  Following the formal presentation, there will be a live Q&A session.
